Climb Strong. Climb Confident.

The Path Back to the Wall

You got hurt climbing, so you tried some exercises you found online; maybe you even saw a generic PT who gave you generic exercises and told you to quit climbing. None of this helped so now you wear your injury like a badge of honor.

Pain, injury, and hesitancy don't have to limit your climbing sessions. Too many climbers and mountain athletes are forced to step away from the things that make them feel most alive—not because they’ve lost their passion, but because injury, poor training, bad advice, or a lack of knowledge leaves them feeling like their bodies can no longer keep up. You shouldn’t have to give up the mountains because your body breaks down before your passion does. There’s a better way to build the strength, resilience, and confidence to keep climbing, exploring, and chasing big days for as long as you choose.

Meet your Guide

Hi, I'm Jesse! I've been a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2024, an avid climber since 2019, and an athlete since childhood. I live for big days in the mountains, either climbing, hiking, or biking.

After graduation, I worked in the traditional outpatient model.  It didn't take long for me to realize that there is a better way. I created Rock On Rehab & Performance as a way to better serve my community. I have always felt that rehab and training exist on a continuum and should be complementary.

I am on a mission to help mountain athletes stay strong, capable, and confident enough to pursue what makes them feel alive—until they decide they’re done.
